Live To Eat: Brunch At Rosewood Tavern

Since you’re going to go art picking at Known Gallery this weekend (really, you should), might as well make it a full Fairfax Village mission. A few weeks ago, Rosewood Tavern introduced their brunch menu, and as much as I thought this place couldn’t do anything better than their perfectly juicy ribeye, I’m now completely addicted to the tri-tip hash with two eggs and a bloody mary – you just can’t beat that on a hangover day.

If you like morning things a bit more traditional, you can always order your two eggs & bacon and blueberry pancakes, but the house specialties are to die for; they’ve got tasty salmon cakes benedict for the fish lover, and did anyone say crème brulée french toast?
