Live To Drink: Drew Barrymore’s Gold Medal Pinot Grigio

Not only is Drew Barrymore the most charming actress of Hollywood and our ultimate girl crush, she also apparently makes pretty damn good wine. In fact, her first release – a Pinot Grigio made from grapes sourced in the Triveneto region in northern Italy – has already received a gold medal in France at Le Challenge International du Vin.

The wine is said to reflect the actress’ personality – fresh, dynamic, and fun – with “hints of apricot and lively citrus flavors.” Apparently Drew’s been involved in he production process from start to finish. The label was designed by Studio Number One – a Shepard Fairey-owned design firm – and it is as simple as it is iconic. Barrymore Pinot Grigio retails at $20 a bottle, and we can’t wait to try it!
