Italian photographer Guido Argentini has lived in Los Angeles since the early 90′s; a would-have-been surgeon turned his eye behind the lens and went on to be published in worldwide publications with his talent for capturing some of the sexiest, femme (S&M!) driven images out there. His work is daring, dramatic — the photography books under his reign can scandalously find themselves under our naughty holiday wishlist and may give us and our lover the inspiration to enter a private room of our own… plus one lovely camera.
In his second book titled Private Rooms, Argentini locks up a few gorgeous beauties in provocation, pushing our view of female nudes to our limit. No complaints here whatsoever! It’s the way he plays with an idea of privacy; orchestrating an erotic universe for us, we enter a zone where we juggle notions of glamorous sexual fantasies that we either play out when the time calls for it, or crave to be a part of at one time or another. Black and white peep show starts right now, and Guido’s girls all have names…
